We were engaged by Citrus grower to upgrade their pump station infrastructure to support their orchard as their water demands increased with tree maturity. They needed a high capacity, efficient and reliable solution to ensure improved yields and quality.
Description
- Shed construction including concrete and civils
- 4x 55kW Grundfos NBG pumps – North and South lines with a combined duty of 300l/sec @ 45m TDH
- 2x 15kW Grundfos CRE jacking pumps
- 2x Apollo 10 stage disc filters
- Variable speed control system with touch screen HMI
- Peroxide dosing systems – proportional to mainline flow
- 8x 1000L/H fertigation channels – batching and proportional dosing
- HDPE manifolding and pipework
- Mait control system for complete automation of pumps, filtration and fertigation
