Scope
We completed a raw water infrastructure package over two stages for a valued mining client in the Pilbara which consisted for a brown field mining operation that was due to recommence mining activities on a very short lead time. The client engaged Flow as they had worked with us in the past and knew if we committed to their timeline, it would be completed as promised.
Description
- 1x Lorentz solar and battery operated pumping system
- 11x Grundfos submersible pumps on Crusader hose
- 11x Generator and bunded fuel cells
- 11x Skid mounted galvanised headworks with instrumentation package
- 11x Soft starter control panels with HMI and telemetry
- 4x Watercart standpipes and diesel pumpsets
- 1x Turkeys nest liner system
- 41.6km HDPE coex pipe – buttwelded and pressure tested
