Scope
We were engaged by a long-term mining client for supply and install a construction and passive dewatering system for the first stage of a new mine site that was under construction. It was critical the package was delivered onto as mobilisation of the road and camp contractors had already been booked in and the water was critical for these works.
Description
- 3x Bore flow testing – utilising our remote-controlled rig to monitor and log data allowing for unmanned nightshift operation
- 3x Grundfos submersible pumps on Crusader hose – peak flow rates of 70l/sec
- 3x Generator and bunded fuel cells
- 3x Skid mounted galvanised headworks with instrumentation package
- 3x Soft starter control panels with HMI and telemetry
- 1x Transfer tank
- 6.7km HDPE coex pipe ranging from 160-355mm – buttwelded and pressure tested
